On the first weekend in September, Poco Diablo Resort was excited to host the wedding of Laura and Tony at our resort. We had formed a wonderful relationship with the couple who planned their entire wedding from the Chicagoland area. After meeting them in January at the Sedona Bridal Fair, everything was done long distance and the couple was so thorough on all of their wedding plans, we knew it would be a perfect event. They made diagrams and lists so everything was clear and laid out for our banquet staff. We appreciated all of the work they did on their wedding plans.
We met their family and friends – all were so friendly and fun. It was a wonderful weekend and in addition to hosting their fantastic wedding, we enjoyed hosting their rehearsal dinner as well as their breakfast brunch following their wedding.
Guitarist Brian David played music leading up to the intimate wedding ceremony and during the wedding procession. Brian loves to perform at Poco Diablo Resort sitting near the pond beneath the majestic weeping willow tree.
Laura looks stunning as she is getting ready to walk down the aisle. The spacious Bridal Changing Room was a comfortable spot for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding ceremony, offering comfort and privacy.
Wedding coordinators Fetu and Clay with Starstuck Events helped Laura and Tony with many of the details in the wedding. They were on hand during the wedding rehearsal and then spent a full day with us on their wedding day.
There was a creative wine theme throughout the wedding reception that took place in the Poco Diablo Ballroom. They had great fun dancing and dining all in celebration of their union.
Personalized book along with place cards welcomed guests as they entered the ballroom.
Following dinner, guests enjoyed a delicious cake prepared by Free as a Bird Bakery.
We loved having Tony and Laura here with us and enjoyed celebrating with them. We welcome them back to our resort very soon following their honeymoon to New Zealand, one of the most beautiful places on earth.
