As Per Harper’s Bazaar:

Here’s why May is the perfect wedding month:

1. It’s the start of summer, so it’s less likely to clash with other weddings during that season, and it means you can enjoy the summer partying – not planning.

2. Potential guests are less likely to be on summer holidays.

3. There is the Memorial Day holiday, so you can make a really long weekend of it.

4. May falls outside of peak summer pricing so you will save around 10% on venue hire (with our Promotion) compared to other more popular months

Jeanette and Mark’s Wedding Ceremony

Everyone knows that one of the most popular months for a wedding is June, the month that derives its name from Juno, the Roman goddess of marriage. It was thought that couples who married in June would be blessed with prosperity and happiness as Juno was the protector of women in all aspects of life, but especially in marriage. Jeanette and Mark held their Poco Diablo Wedding on the 2nd Saturday of the month and we were so happy to be able to host their beautiful wedding at our resort. We enjoyed working with them throughout the months leading up to their wedding day and were so excited when their wedding day was here.

Jeanette and Mark’s Wedding Ceremony

Their wedding ceremony was performed by Anthony Flesch beneath our stately weeping willow tree. One of the few gazebo venues in Sedona, our resort is very popular for weddings. The golf course looked green and lush and the sky was clear and blue.

We enjoy sharing some of their lovely wedding photographs with you and we wish them much happiness in their years together.
